4. Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

How to request a return or replacement:

1. Contact us at support@lamanzzana.com on the same day of delivery.
2. Provide photos or a short video showing the defect.
3. Our support team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for:

โ€ข Change of mind.
โ€ข Wrong color or size selected.
โ€ข Normal wear and tear after use.

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5โ€“10 business days after confirmation.
Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
